Almonds in food increases nutritional value. Did you know that they are good brain food? 

Almonds are rich in nutrition and are used in sweets and desserts. Almonds help in improving brain power and excellent for people across all age group. They are good sources of vitamin E and riboflavin. Vitamin E helps in less cognitive decline during old age and riboflavin improves memory.

Soak 3 to 4 Almonds in water overnight and consume them the next morning. Soaking makes the almonds easier to digest and also increases nutrient availability and absorption. Almonds can also be taken in the form of Almond milk obtained by blending the soaked and peeled almonds with water.
