Benefits of Cow Milk ::

Cow milk, known as ksheera in Sanskrit, is one of the valued resources obtained from cow. It is nutritive as it contains proteins, fats and minerals. Cow milk has cooling effect as it reduces the heat in the body.

There are various ways of using cow milk. Positive effect is seen only when the consumed milk is digested well. It improves immunity of the body, increases strength of bones, relieves tiredness and is useful in treating debility. Cow milk is not recommended for people who are allergic to cow milk, obese and those having low digestion power.

Milk intake with sour products is not advisable.
